As a responsible manufacturer, the company is committed to supporting manufacturing through research and development, which ensures that we continuously improve our technologies and create new products and solutions.
Our highly trained professionals with decades of experience are constantly monitoring the potential of the latest solutions. The R&D department is engaged in a range of activities to drive technological development and give the business a competitive edge.
We are developing new composite materials and manufacturing solutions through internal development, resulting in composite products with improved properties. In this context, we continuously monitor and improve our manufacturing technology in order to develop new and more efficient production processes.
Our visionary colleagues are working on proposals that include process automation. As a company with a significant market share, we also combine our R&D and innovation processes with market trends and needs analysis to identify composite material needs and trends as quickly and accurately as possible, and to better align our developments with market requirements.
We have established meaningful partnerships with national universities and researchers to meet the highest level of demand. The development area also includes product design and optimisation, including analysis of mechanical and physical properties. We are constantly looking for new application areas, and research is being carried out to find new applications for composite materials in the automotive, aerospace, construction, sports equipment and energy industries, among others.
We are committed to environmental and sustainability considerations and continue to modify the technologies we use to minimise the ecological footprint of our manufacturing processes.
Previously, we have successfully implemented the project "Development of a groove closing wedge and its production technology to meet special industrial needs" (project number 2019-1.1.1-PIACI-KFI-2019-00412), and before that, we had the opportunity to acquire advanced technology, such as a custom-made mechanical machining machine for size adjustment of composite prefabricated products and a custom-made machine for complex mechanical machining of composite finished products, within the framework of the project number GINOP-1.2.2-15.
In addition to the development of our own machines, we have also started the development of a magnetizable composite product with metallic content, currently at TRL4 level. In parallel, we are exploring automation options and have started to identify critical points and map data streams.
